amount they charge for rent and they always have to fix everything in the apartment. They will not replace wi Read Moreth new one. the apartments are very old and they cover up everything by trying to fix then it is broken again the next day. Such as toilet, showers, stove, dish washer, heat and washer and dryer.

1) The apartment space was nice, but when the heating unit broke down and had to be replaced - in December - i Read Moret took over a week for a service company to replace the unit.
2) Interior stairs and corridors were very very poorly lighted
3) I was held up at knife point in the corridor outside my apartment by a robber demanding my wallet; a Frederick City Police report was filed. That's when I finally moved
To be fair, that was 2 and a half years ago. Conditions may have imporved, I don't know.

Neighbors were often loud and disrespectful. Children were left to run around the property with no supervision Read More, and fire alarms were purposely set off repeatedly. Other than that I had a fine experience there.

New management has done a very good job in maintaining the property and upgrading all the buildings to give it Read More a more pleasing look with clearer apartment building numbers on awnings over the entrances ,painted all the trim on the buildings and windows and rechaulked and sealed all the air conditioning units, the landscaping company does an excellent job of keeping the property up all season
