The apartment complex is the nicest I've seen in a 50 mile radius while still offering an affordable lease. Th Read Moree location is ideal for me as well.

The apartment complex is nice. The common areas are up to date and well decorated. The mail system is nice and Read More the fitness center is adequate. The locker rooms are very nice as well, with access to the pool. The pool is beautiful; however, if you are living close to the pool, it is noisy. Fountains run 24 hours a day. The walls are somewhat thin, and the apartments only come with lights in the kitchen. You will have to purchase overhead lights for all the rooms, including in the living area in the common room. The kitchen is nice and updated with nice wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, but no tile backsplash (This seems like a money-saving tactic; but I find it to cheapen things..). The stove is gas, which is nice. The vent hood is mediocre at best; and does a poor job at ventilation.The smoke/gas/fire detectors are very sensitive, which is great for safety, but can get annoying. The mail system is convenient, as you can see when you have a package. Property Management also sends and email. The trash service is a nice bonus, and the maintenance people are friendly. This property is "attached" to a large open-air shopping mall, which is very nice for those who have long commutes to Baltimore or D.C metro areas. Overall, the property is nice, but can use some minor improvements, given the price point. I would recommend this property, and be sure to mention these minor things.
