Quail Hollow Resident

Certified Resident for 0-6 months

My apartment had black mold under kitchen and bathroom floors. When I contacted the office about replacing my Read Morefloor the maintenance msn tried to put the be floor over the existing black mold. I couldn't believe the complex didn't care about the well being of its tenants.

I would have rated them excellent but there was a week in the summer that we had no water for three days in a Read Morerow.

During my stay at this location, it was the hottest summer on a long time with 41 days of above 90 degrees. I Read More approached the company in April of that year with concerns about my AC unit. They dispatched someone to "charge" it. This did not correct the issue. I made 12 calls to the office over the next 4 months complaining about the lack of air conditioning in the unit. Each time they dispatched a person to "charge" or "look at the unit". No correction were ever made.

My heat/air conditioner never worked in the two years I lived there, the cabinet door would fall off in pieces Read More and they would just glue it back together, the bathroom was disgusting. They did have bed bugs and did to a great job getting rid of them. The people in the office would loose stuff all the time, I gave them my notice 3 separate times way before it was time for me to move out and they still tried to charge me luckily I had copies and made her sign it acknowledging I gave it to them.
