There is usually difficulty having a representative respond to calls such as neighbors playing loud music or b Read Moreeing disruptive. Have instituted an new policy for paying rent that may ultimately penalize residents and costing them more money when paying the rent. Flat out lied about having brand new appliances in the apartment I rented.

Each year they sent me a letter with the new rental price. Annoyingly this letter claimed I was getting a "spe Read Morecial rate" because I was a return good resident. This wasn't true they were charging me, a client who paid rent every month on time and never cause any issues, the same price as someone straight off the street. Two words, Customer Locality, or if you want just don't tell me I'm getting a "special rate" when I'm not.
Other than that annoyance i thought the place was pretty good.
