They did not follow up with important concerns like leaks and issues with the door to the building in a timely Read More fashion. Office staff was dishonest and left things out during the conversations prior to move in.

The leasing office staff is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly, as well as the maintenance. The outside l Read Moreighting is terrible. The office staff has cars towed unnessarily.

I could hear the upstairs neighbor pacing and going to the bathroom, but not conversation. Roaches were a non Read More-stop problem.

i enjoy the location.it's within walking distance to the town square. it's a small town that is very active an Read Mored aware politically. the trees and parks are a wonderful balm to the stressors of living in the dmv; it's nice to enter little greenbelt and exhale. hopefully it will stay like this for years to come. the office staff is friendly.
the cons of living here is that they are not the swiftest in responding to maintenance requests and it can get pretty noisy.
