Parke Crescent is the best apartment community I have lived in. The property manager is on top of everything, Read More and the staff has really good customer service. Maintenance is always responsive whenever there is a need.

Overall I had a good experience living here. The only downside was some maintenance problems. I lived in one o Read Moref the top floor duplex apartments. On hot days we would be constantly running the AC and even then it was still warm in our apartment. We were told that this problem could not be fixed but every HVAC specialist I spoke with said there was likely some problem they were not addressing. Other than this though all other maintenance requests were addressed quickly.

Some maintenance issues that took a long time to get resolved. We were very patient however we were dismissed Read Moreon several occasions. The units are nice but the HVAC is tired and requires replacing, but temporary repairs were done instead. One major issue was the thickness of the walls and could hear neighbors as if were in the same room. Management did not address or try to negate this issue.Overall the unit was well presented, maintained and good value for money.
