Rent was over priced as it was, and when I requested to pay month by month they jacked the price up by another Read More $200 dollars. The place was aesthetically pleasing, but used cheap materials and repairs were half-assed (eg: when opening a closet door the handle literally came off in my hand. I discovered that same handle had been repaired at least twice before and the luon door didn't provide much for the screws to hold onto in the first place. They repaired the door, and it held about a week.)

I shared my residence at Collegiate Acres with my 87 year old grandmother. Because of her physical limitations Read More, we had very specific requirements and needs in regards to unite and property features. The single level town homes of Collegiate Acres were the only rental properties in Washington County that met, and ultimately exceeded our every need. The gourmet kitchen, laundry room & huge closets are just a few of the awesome features! Luxury living at it's finest!

Collegiate Acres provided us with what we were looking for in a townhome, single level, garage and plenty of o Read Moreutdoor parking/space. It also accepts pets. Overall, I don't have an issue with this place...however...somethings that I don't like about the apartment but it's not the managing office fault:1- the construction isn't the best - during the winter, our unit is really cold, even at 78 on our thermostat. Poor insulation. 2- bad choice for a patio - through your master bedroom.
