It's a great building, it's well kept and the neighbors are nice. Also, even though their are college students Read More do live in the building it's not a lot of noise and the noise that does occur is over at a reasonable hour of night especially on the weekends. Over all I've been very impressed so far and I also like the community communicates with tenants with emails and text instead of annoying pieces of paper slid under doors.

The situation with parking is ridiculous. They claim to have two overflow lots, yet fail to provide a flow Read More lot to begin with. Management will claim that you can pay extra to rent a parking space in the parking garage. Ideally, that would be great. However, parking garage spots are limited to a maximum of ONE per apartment.
