At times, there has been vomit and spit in the elevators. Also, trash in the parking lot due to the overflow Read Moreof trash in the bins.

I am very pleased with the condition and appearance of my apartment and community overall, I honestly have onl Read Morey one complaint. The usage of not having hot water is very disappointing. I have children who are forced to take cold showers due to lack of hot water in the building frequently. I have talked to neighbors who are saying they are leaving due to the same issue. I hope this problem can be resolved because I really would like to be a permanent resdient for future years.

Roaches are the major issue here, I keep my unit clean but it does not help. The water bill is EXTREMELY high, Read More I would prefer for you to set individual meter for each apartment. Last month we pay $87.00 for the water, that is ridiculous and so unfair. We are two adults in the unit, there is no way we can consume that much water in one month. The water is either VERY HOT or VERY COLD. I reported these issues to the office, but they have not been resolved. Some floors are being renovated my floor still looks old, WHY? Will you take my concerns at heart or it is just another survey? Thank you for your time.
