Our lease terms are: 12 months.

Pet Policy: $35 pet rent. Restrictions: Cypress Creek is a pet friendly community. We currently accept a maximum of 2 cats or 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. Maximum weight is 25 lbs. at maturity. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $250 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $35 monthly pet rent, per pet.

Don't lie in the leasing office and say that utility costs are less than $100. I wasn't in town for 3 weeks an Read Mored it was still $154. Outright lie. 810 sq. ft with $300 in electricity! Disgusting.

Have security to monitor the area and pay attention to the residents/visitors that hang around. Invest in new Read Morewashing and dryer machines. It's very inconvenient to connect the washer to the sink and to wait hours for clothes to dry.

Maintain the same level of service all year. As a resident I want to feel I get what I am paying for. I shou Read Moreld be able to have maintenance schedule so as to not loose money, instead of take off from work and the maintenance personnel shows up on the second half of the day. As the resident it costs me to have you maintain an apartment that has problems not caused by the tenant. An example is my heat was out for a month in 2013 and my apartment has flooded due to work being done by maintenance in another apartment or the apartment had another water related issued, or your air conditioning system caused the leak. Either way when I sustained loss of my property. I was told in a unprofessional manner that, "That is what renter's insurance is for". That is not appropriate, accurate or professional.
