Poorly maintained community areas; noisy residents; thin wall construction; lazy staff.

At first it's nice however the little things add up. Guest parking is scarce, living on Baltimore Ave. is loud Read More 99% of the time, the pool was placed in a poor location and never warms up, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors, the community manager is very rude and has the mentality that he "doesn't need" his residents... "if you want to leave, leave" was the message I got... maintenance takes forever to respond, maintenance notices (for in - apartment inspections) are given the night before rather than giving 24-48 hours, the residents are rude and unfriendly and the units are poorly priced.
