While the apartment itself is okay (at best), the management here is unbearable. Work orders get ignored, com Read Moreplaints get ignored, you are treated like dirt. They dress unprofessionally and are often on personal cell phones rather than helping residents. When our apartment became infested with bed bugs, there was no urgency on their part. The only reason I would not give The Glendale an "excellent" is because I was shocked to learn of the issue wi Read Moreth roaches that I had in my building when I first moved. The apartment was clean when I moved in, but it took about 2 days to see the roaches. The roaches came out con Read Morestantly to the point that I got tire of killing them. I was afraid/embarrass to bring people over. I told the front office and they send a pest control person. It would work for about 2 weeks then the roaches would come back. I really think it was the neighbors (that kept a nasty apt) and the roaches were coming from their apt to mine. I decided to move out/I sold everything from the apt
