Certified Resident

The office staff are usually very nice and professional. The only issue I've had is not being contacted regard Read Moreing my balcony screen. I've been requesting a balcony screen door since I moved in October 2014. After calling every month since October, I'm just being informed that it was because that isn't considered a priority since it was during the winter months. I understand that, however, I just wanted to be aware. The maintenance staff has come to check out all of my other problems/inquiries in a decent time.
