Certified Resident

- Is it possible to get a bigger recycling bin? I recycle often and when I take my recycling to the trash area Read More there is no room in the blue recycling bins so I end up throwing my recycling in the trash containers. So more/bigger recycling bins would be extremely helpful.

- Also, the gym needs new equipment. The equipment is super old and sometimes it doesn't even work.

It's needs to be more parking at my building there are too many reserved spots. The soliciting that occurs nee Read Moreds to stop, maybe get some real doors. I don't feel that the apartment doors are secure with one lock. Also for the amount of rent appliances need to be updated every where. The bathroom floors need to be re-done so that the tile on the floor is not coming up. Better parking lot lighting. When maintenance is called they need to fix the problem then not several days later.

Certified Resident

Customer service is a dying art. If people would learn how to convey information to the tenants in a professio Read Morenal manner, the feelings may change. Currently i am dissatisfied with the communication from the rental office.
