The management office is a mess. I received late notices and even court papers several times for non-payment o Read Moref rent, when in fact I had paid on time. It has been 2 years since my lease expired, and I am still getting emails from their system claiming that my rent is due. After the first year, my rent went up by $200, making the apartment much more expensive than what it is worth. I own a house now and my mortgage payment for a house twice the size of that apartment is about half the rent.
