Certified Resident

Have a person pick up the phone when I call maintenance. I've called twice, both the normal and emergency line Read Mores, only to be forced to talk to an answering machine. And on top of that, I didn't get a return call until a week later. Not much emphasis on "emergency" maintenance issues, or any maintenance issues at all.

It would be nice if more landscaping be done to spruce up the appearance of the community. Enforce cleanliness Read More when it comes to putting the trash in the dumpster instead of putting it on the ground around the dumpster. This is very unsanitary and unattractive.

Apartments are huge! But the rent continue to climb to no end. Was very disappointed at them nit replacing a Read More simple and inexpensive towel bar in my bathroom. E-mailed management to no avail. I needed that towel bar! Oh, and didn't appreciate the arrogance of one of the lease office staff in regards to a miscommunication with rent payment options. Received an eviction notice on my door weeks later even though I had resolved the issue the same day I received the correspondence in the mail.

I hate the fact that I, a single person, have to pay water bills for everyone else. It's not fair for singles Read Moreto do that when you are in a building that has 3 to 5 people in other units. Individual water bills is what's needed

Certified Resident

The employees of the management office are rude and care nothing about the residents; only cashing the rent ch Read Moreecks. They are not sympathetic to any resident's situation, nor are they helpful with problems. If you ask them a question, they are rude, as if it's an inconvenience to have to do their job. And in the 9 months we have lived there, we've had to put in close to 20 service calls for problems that just keep occurring. Also, despite our apartment being clean, we've found cockroaches.
