The heating system is not efficient. I have to close vents in order for air to circulate throughout certain p Read Morearts of the apartment. My heat is constantly on 80 which has made my electric bill super high

The bathroom and kitchen faucets are generic the toilets are to low and round should be elongated for a man. T Read Morehe kitchen counters and back splash needs replacing. The floors are terrible and creaking I hear the neighbor above throughout the apartment every step they take. They wake me up every morning because when they walk and move around I can hear every movement. Very annoying and hard to deal with that's the reason I would not refer this property to friends or family. And the biggest reason why I will be moving when I decide to.

There should be more visitors parking available or implement permanent visitors parking passes for residents. Read MoreThere's a lot of empty parking so I don't understand why there isn't more visitors parking available. Or at least offer 1 permanent visitors pass per apartment. I never get home in time after work before the office closes to get a temporary pass for my visitors so they are obligated to park on the street. It's very inconvenient and frustrating.
