The Avondale is simply a great place to live. You feel safe, they keep the building & grounds clean (both insi Read Morede and out). They have a community lounge with wifi and a large flat screen tv where residents can meet and mingle from day to day, watch tv, and get get hot coffee or water from the filtered fountain. They have and encourage community activities for residents from time to time to celebrate different seasons. Also they have a great fitness room, sauna, pool, & pleasant staff.

I love the Avondale & feel safe no matter what time I come home. There��??s a concierge on site until apx 10pm Read More & then security comes on from 10p-6am. The staff is very friendly & professional. The cleaning & maintenance staff does an excellent job with the upkeep of the building. Currently the location isn't too great for me with the increase of traffic & the cost of gas my commute has become longer & more expensive. The rent goes up every year & there aren��??t any incentives to stay.

I never really had any problems. But it was never clear when the pool area was or was not open during the summ Read Moreer which was annoying. I left because when it came time to renew the lease, they refused to negotiate on the rent, even though they were offering the exact same rate at the same time for "new move-ins."
