Parking availability is not bad, but should be improved for both residency & guests. I live in the buildings by the wooded area wear guest parking is furthest, and when I work the late shift, the residential parking for those buildings is usually full when I come home

I loved living at the Evergreens at Laurel. The ONLY reason I moved was because my new roommate wanted to live Read More closer to DC.

Once upon a time I would've stated that Evergreens at Laurel was a pretty good place to live, but things ended Read More on a terrible note. They gave their residents less than 2 months notice to move out so that they could do renovations. After being a loyal tenant, I would have expected them
