My initial interest in the community was because if its affordability on the rental side and on the utility bi Read Morell side. The centralized heating and air conditioning with a flat small monthly bill saves me a lot of money annually. I also enjoys the roomy interior and how corners were designed into extra closets providing multiple storage locations which help make my apartment more organized.

While everything else is tolerable, the parking situation is horrific. While most spots are paid for with rese Read Morerved spaces(by people who still park in general population), if you are not shelling out more cash to have one of those, you'd better be home by 5:30 to get a space anywhere near your home. If not you'll be far away, or getting towed to college park.
