Poor lighting in the parking lots. Office being closed on Sundays. Lack of security in general. Stairwells are Read Moren't regularly cleaned or not often enough. Also when maintenance crew comes in the unit while no one is home, there is no notification left in the unit after the work is done. So you don't know if the scheduled maintenance was actually completed or not.

During the application process I was lead to believe I would receive an upgraded apartment. Two weeks before m Read Moreove in date, I was told it was no longer possible(I had already terminated my current lease at the time.) I'm happy with the location and feel the management are professional but not honest. The apartments are old,worn,dated and in need of upgrading.I moved here because my daughter attends Old Mill Middle School but will reconsider staying after my year lease is up.

Sometimes situations arise where our residents decide to stay and we try to find the best solution for everyone. Our company has been working hard to update the property starting with the roofs and plumbing in the units. We Have Had Multiple Problems With The Management Here. We Pay Our Rent The Day Before It Is Due Every Month, Read More But On Multiple Occasions Have Been Accused Of Not Paying. The First Time This Happened We Found Out About It From The Notice Left On Our Mailbox Stating That They Were Moving To Evict Us. Each Time It Happened I Went In To The Office With The Receipt For Our Rent Payment. They Always Acted Like I Was Inconveniencing Them And They'D Done Nothing Wrong.

Overall I Am Completely Satisfied With My Apartment. Maintenance Personnel Are Always Friendly And Respond In Read MoreA Timely Matter If Needed. I Know The Repiping Of The Apartments Was A Big Project But From My Experience With It Everything Was So Unorganized And Not Professional At All. They Left 3 Holes In My Wall With Screws And Wires Exposed For 5 Days. To Me That Is Unexeptable, Especially Since They Moved My Daughters Furniture All Around And Left Drywall All Over The Floor.

the kitchen was and is in need of a serious update. floor is un-level leaving my refrigerator leaning backward Read Mores. They have yet come to come back to my apartment to level fridge. cabinets and counters are ancient along with the oven. The floor has incomplete stuck on floor tiles on kitchen floor which looks horrible. The office said they cant do anything abut it .creek tremendously leaving noise everywhere throughout the apartments above me and my own
