You get exactly what you pay for month to month, the rent is too high but the way they treat you is like it is Read More section 8 housing. I wish the rent was based on your income and not the area around. Maybe if they treated it based on income then tenants would be able to afford to stay. This is really sad to be paying twice more than my mother and she has a mortgage $1200. They do not cut you a break all they do is take $150.00 off when you renew your lease they can do better than that. It would really help out a lot if they were more concerned about their tenants having a place to live instead of being concerned about the money they can collect from you.
