Although I had a rough start at NoBe, I love living there. I had some trouble working with the leasing staff Read Moretrying to lock down a place, and moving day was a nightmare (which I was prepared for, since I read some other reviews that said similar things). At one point, I was so frustrated I started to question if living there was right for me. I feel that if NoBe knows someone is moving in on a Saturday, they should have enough staff to cover helping that person and giving tours to potential residents, and that wasn't the case. However, now that I am moved in and have been there almost a month, I am very pleased with the residence. It is slightly overpriced, but I was willing to pay what I did for the location and the quality of the unit and amenities. It also has a great sense of community and I feel very safe there. I also feel that there should be better parking options for residents and their guests. I already pay a great deal for the unit, so to pay $70/month (only $10 less than anyone else pays) for parking is a little crazy. If my parents/friends come to visit from out of town, they have to pay a great deal too, with little to no other options. Overall, however, I feel that NoBe is a great place to live, especially for the younger community.
