The apartments are not individually regulated for electricity. Therefore, the electric bill for the apartment Read Morebuilding is divided by the square footage of your apartment and the square footage the apartment building is responsible for. This calculation provided me with outrageous electric bills from $250-$300 in a 670 square foot apartment. I worked 10 hour days during the week and drove back to my home in Virginia Beach, VA on Fridays after work and returned to MD late on Sunday nights.

Building is not in the best condition. Timing of switch over from Heat to Cool and visa versa is off. Elevat Read Moreors break often. Water shutoffs on a regular basis. Leasing office staff are mostly unaccomodating and unfriendly. Guest parking and towings abomnibal. I was paying more rent when I left than the new tenants coming in. Unfriendly to dogs, even though they say they are dog-friendly.

Started out fine but after management change it was terrible. Garbage backed up to the third floor in the gar Read Morebage shoots on many weekends. many of the amenities were removed. The place had really gone down by the time we moved. There are too many complaints to list. Bottom line, I wouldn't ever recommend these apartments.

I had roaches the first few months of living at the apartment. It was a huge inconvenience to have the extermi Read Morenator come in my place for weeks. I had to empty out my entire kitchen and place items in living room. I'm a single mom and doing this on a weekly basis was more than annoying. Also, the fire alarm goes off all the time. And, the water is turned off due to constant pipe issues.
