There were a number of issues at this APT including noise, bugs, and inconsistent staff. Perhaps the biggest i Read Mores lack of parking. There is not enough parking for a first come, first serve policy. Non-residents can park in resident spots, forcing a lot of people to park on the side, including residents. I personally have a handicap tag and there have been times when my spot was taken by someone without a tag. That person was also never penalized. This has happened more than a handful of times.

Please also let us know the location of the handicap spot so we can let the tow company know to keep an eye out. Please contact us to discuss your noise issues as well. The rent has increased every year. Plus other surrounding properties offer discounts. The previous management Read More company had contractors clear the snow including parking spaces.

Thank you for your 4 star rating! It is possible that your rent could increase each year depending on the market. Other properties may offer discounts when you first move in as well. Our on site maintenance team completes our snow removal for us throughout the winter. If you ever see a spot that needs to be plowed, please let us know. Thank you for your review!

This is a very quiet and friendly place to live. I enjoy the apartment I now reside in. I really love it. The Read Moreneighbors are friendly. The staff that work here are also friendly and very understanding.

Nothing concerning the facility or staff. I was not satisfied with my top and bottom neighbors. They are chain Read More smokers, my apartment was always filled with smoke smell and they were very noisy and disrespectful of their neighbors.

I enjoy the office staff and the hard work of the maintenance staff during snowstorms. I have always felt safe Read More walking my dog in the early morning and at night. The property is always clean. I enjoy the renovations and exterior of our building. I am very thankful for how quiet it is at night. We have already recommended the location to friends. There is a very cold COLD draft that comes from the sliding doors during the winter. The heat is constantly on in the winter because of the draft and th
