T. Rowe Price also holds one its headquarters here. According to the census, there are more than 3,600 firms in the Owings Mills community. With a recent spike in population growth and job opportunities becoming increasingly available, it makes sense that rentals in Owings Mills are becoming more in demand.

Although most area universities are located within the city of Baltimore, there is a local branch of the Community College of Baltimore County located here. The local school system is served by the Baltimore County Public Schools, with Owings Mills High School and New Town High School being noted for their diverse population.

Football fans will be happy to know that the Baltimore Ravens' Under Armour Training Facility is located in Owings Mills.
