I've lived here now for more than 2 years and Cascades has really worked with me and my family. We have had ha Read Morerdships throughout and they have worked with us with our rent. We are truly grateful that we have not been put out on the streets.

We are answering your survey . After Living here since March 3 2013, We have to continually ask for maintena Read Morence of items that should have been done before our move in and were identified during our walk-through. The carpet was not cleaned, the ice maker did not function and we had to constantly request for a disability parking space. Afterwards when additional residents would require disability parking. Th manager seemed disinterested in keeping all residents with parking. Letter to follow!

There are loud, strange noises that can be heard in the walls (May be the plumbing), every time the neighbor u Read Moreses the bathroom. Although the apartment was supposed to ver easy when we moved in, we found multiple issues with the apartment's preparation. The bathtub had been spray painted, instead of properly refinished, the fridge was moldy and more. Other than that, we have enjoyed living here. The area is quiet, maintenance is rather prompt in repairs and the leasing office is helpful.
