A community meeting or electronic communication about ALL of the plans, changes and/or work about to be done i Read Moren our community. It would've been nice to know back in the summer that all of these plans for repairs, replacements, upgrades, and complete overhauls, in its entirety, were about to be done starting in August...instead, we were only made aware of new work being done about 24-48 hours in advance, repeatedly. It greatly affects those of us that work form home, have children at home, have family and/or friends visiting from out of town, or work all night and have to sleep during the day...24-48 hours is not enough notice to make adjustments or other arrangements. Just when you think it's back to normal, here comes another email about, yet another, different renovation starting tomorrow. Not to mention, we aren't dumb...you don't think we know this means a major increase in our rent when it's time to renew?

The preferred parking comes across as a method of nickel and dimming the residence. Do you know for every resi Read Moredent that moves out because of it, you have to sell at least 20 permits to make up for that loss? Also, why in Gods name did you cut down those trees? They were beautiful and came up to the windows offering extra privacy and a sence of security. I still get mad when I think about those trees being cut down. Awful. Just awful.

Everything in the apartment is old. The walls are not properly insulated. So winter or summer the electricity Read Morebills are high. The cabinets are old and broken. The counters tops are old and broken. The floor is old and cracks. The management will save more in the long run if they install new things rather than quick fixes. Outside the apartment, there is no enforcement of rules. Residents and people alike not picking after there pets. Not a good image for management and the community.
