I honestly believe you are paying simply for the area. The apartments are nice but quite expensive. The staff Read More doesn't voice all the other fees associated with rent payment until after you receive your first bill. Also wasn't notified that whole apartment is rigged to be electric which causes extremely high electric bills especially during the winter months.

I like the fact that someone turned of the heat pump that was making me crazy. the place is still cold if you Read Morestay still for awhile but now I can tolerate it. thanks for fixing the heat. Now I have very high electric bills to pay because I used 50% more than my neighbors

A community meeting or electronic communication about ALL of the plans, changes and/or work about to be done i Read Moren our community. It would've been nice to know back in the summer that all of these plans for repairs, replacements, upgrades, and complete overhauls, in its entirety, were about to be done starting in August...instead, we were only made aware of new work being done about 24-48 hours in advance, repeatedly. It greatly affects those of us that work form home, have children at home, have family and/or friends visiting from out of town, or work all night and have to sleep during the day...24-48 hours is not enough notice to make adjustments or other arrangements. Just when you think it's back to normal, here comes another email about, yet another, different renovation starting tomorrow. Not to mention, we aren't dumb...you don't think we know this means a major increase in our rent when it's time to renew?
