I don't believe your office staff has been trained adequately to handle any situation, good or bad. They aren' Read Moret familiar with the residents, they stay distant as opposed to being inviting to us. I feel more like a number and a rent check than a resident.

It is nice to see the kids use the tennis courts. I think it would be great to put in a basketball hoop for th Read Moreem. I see them do make shift goals. I have never seen anyone use the tenis courts so maybe it can be a baketball/tennis court.

I honestly believe you are paying simply for the area. The apartments are nice but quite expensive. The staff Read More doesn't voice all the other fees associated with rent payment until after you receive your first bill. Also wasn't notified that whole apartment is rigged to be electric which causes extremely high electric bills especially during the winter months.
