I am impressed with the neighborhood so far. Everyone seems to be considerate and reasonable. Even the laundry Read More rooms are not packed in the building. The grounds and trash are kept up nicely. If there are any issues in the neighborhood, it does not happen in my section. There are usually pg police cruisers sitting by the rental office and just outside the property. They have a substation not far away so I assume that helps. I don't use metro but it is nice to know it's right outside the property for the metro bus. My likes and dislikes are: Friendly office staff. Neighbors are nice. No loitering around my building. Maintenance has been prompt with requests. Parking is decent. I enjoy the closeness it gives me to dc. I can access it from suitland pkwy, I-295, or 210 hwy. It would be nice if they held some community events since there aren't alot of amenities. Overall, I have been here since March and have no complaints so far.

The ample parking spaces in front of the building! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The spe Read Moreedy turn around time on repairs. The quietness of the property with the exception of the occasional car driving thru with loud music.
