My experience has been mostly positive. A few lingering maintenance issues but they are typically addressed wi Read Morethin 24 hours of reporting. One annoyance is that the pool is open for very limited hours during the season (3pm - 6:45 pm some days and 11am - 6:45 pm when school is out) and these hours are not convenient for anyone who works a regular full time schedule. There's not much else in terms of recreational amenities but they do have little resident get-togethers once every so often.

The maintenance department is fast and took care of any concerns I had. The office staff are always friendly a Read Morend answer any questions that I had and even checked on me after I had moved in to make sure everything went well.

Maintenance has been pretty good. But the dog issue needs improvement. Management has a laissez-faire approa Read Morech to being pro-active in eliminating restricted breeds. This has caused resident distress.

The staff is great and very prompt to needs. Even though I am not in an updated apartment, the apartment could Read More be updated a little better than what it is. Washer and dryer service price is too high.
