Maintenance is a joke they take too long to come fix problems in the apartment. The boiler in my apartment hav Read Moreen't been working properly since I moved in in January. They claim to have fixed the issues but it continuously leaked for months it was finally fixed in December only because I didn't have any heat or hot water for several days and I kept complaining. The upper management were very nonchalant and unprofession about the situation as if this was normal and I was overreacting. Ethe boiler

Upgrade on screening renters..I have noticed a huge selection of renters that is not good for the community. Read More Upgrade all appliances for old units. Upgrade all systems to include boilers. Stop patching up..do complete repairs. Customer Service Training for all Staff
