NWP bill should be proportional to the number of people using the apartment. In theory, one person should only Read More use 1/3 the water, heat for hot water, trash fee and sewer fee as a unit with three people.

Some people pay for parking places, while others have trailers parked permanently in spaces without paying.Two Read More in my complex and they are taking up spaces residents need. Fine if they pay for them but I don't see signs.

With snow removal there should be a path shoveled at each building from sidewalk to parking lot so residence c Read Morean get to their vehicles. As a senior with a disability it was impossible for me to climb over snow pile on curb to get to the parking lot.

For management to be more understanding/empathetic when it comes to communicating with me about the issues wit Read Moreh the heat in my apt which I've been experiencing since I've moved in last year. The most that I've called in a month was over 30 times (1 - 3x's a day) in Dec to have emergency maintenance bleed out the air to restore heat. There's so much more that comes into play with not being able to have my apt heated when needed.
