It's frustrating to contact leasing office with consensus and get a delayed response. Maintenance is slow to Read Morerespond and often pass the buck when you actually reach one of them. I had an issue with flaking paint on the exterior doors of my balcony, I made numerous requests starting in April to have this problem resolved. They finally came to scrape and paint the balcony doors in August only after I sent a long email to the home office.

the building and apartment were in perfect condition 2 years ago but they have been deteriorating I think afte Read Morer a bad rain season 2 years ago. My building is settling down, it causes cracks in the floors, ceilings and walls, maintenance guys do what is their hands to keep things running the best they can but it needs to be fixed
