Unfortunately when I moved in a lot of the apartment amenities and fixtures were poorly done. example: cracks Read Morein counter-top, bull-nose in bathroom missing / fixtures rusted or cracked, new carpet placed but as you walk you can feel items left underneath, received old dented refrigerator etc. Some items were corrected or fixed. But should have been done properly before moving in.

I appreciate that when you put in a work order it was promptly taking care of. The office staff are very respe Read Morectful. I also like how easy it is to pay your rent don't have to run around looking for a stamp or envelope.
