I have had several issues with my next door neighbor and have reported them to the leasing office multiple tim Read Morees. I have been informed that I need a paper trail, which I have done before , but clearly no one thought it was important enough to keep.
I have also been to the leasing office on other occasions for different reasons and have had either the wrong information given to me or someone who was completely rude and innattentive. I was hoping that the change of management would be beneficial, but in reality it has been worse.

I have placed a couple of maintenance requests since Morgan has taken over. These requests have been ignored. Read MoreI still have a power outlet that is not working. My dishwasher is still broken. I find this very disheartening.

I just feel like your staff should be more welcoming and warm to existing residents. We definitely dont receiv Read Moree the same treatment as new residents. Im sure there might be an incentive for new clientele but i never feel like anyone at my leasing office ever wants to help me the existing resident! With the numerous of residents that you have, im sure you have to deal with countless problems and even attitudes on a daily basis. However, i just hope in the near future that the staff in Owings Mills would be eager and willing to assist me without any pushback or attitude.

Get rid of the mice, I personally trapped and killed 27 mice in my apartment. The mice appear less than a wee Read Morek after i moved in. I've seen them running along the balcony and no matter what i do they find a way in.
