Though the rent continues to increase each year, the quality of living remains dormant and, in some ways, decr Read Moreeases. The neighbors are loud and often rude, stomping through the building, speaking loudly and oftentimes inappropriately at all hours of the day and night with little or no regard for the peace of their neighbors; at times, it doesn't feel safe. Improvements are rarely made in the development or building. All of this is despite repeated complaints to the leasing office.

I find it hard to begin to start to tell you how the last 12 months has been in dealing with the staff at the Read Morepreserve. its have been the worst experience I have had living in any apt building. I resigned 14th month lease and have regret it every month here after. The construction is poor. My neighbor regularly come to ask me to keep down the banging , which I explain com Read Moree from dropping a spatula, a calendar falling off my fridge and the simple act of walking across the floor. The floor creeks and pops like you would not believe. The entrance has broken tile exposing the subfloor that would have cost about $20 to fix but now the subfloor is starting to get damaged. I believe my unit wasn't fully inspected and prepared when I moved in. A lot of malfunctions. (outlets don't w Read Moreork, missing outlet plates, lighting are outdated, malfunction in lighting in the walk in closet.. etc.. etc.. I could go on.) Old countertops and appliance. The carpets were not replaced with a fresh ones. A bunch of sloppily repaired areas in the unit that broke in less than a month.

Laundry services in the complex are useless, it is a service that should work but 95% of the time we are force Read Mored to go to the laundry mart. It has been made our responsibility to call the laundry company, for fixes. In addition the laundry rooms are filthy 6 out 7 days a week. Parking is a nightmare, if you choose not to pay the $20 a month for reserved parking, prepare to walk.
