Cons: Community gates have not been operating for years, and all people from the bad neighborhood across the s Read Moretreet have access to the entire community and its amenities. Apartments are equipped with old appliances and could use upgrading. Gym is only accessible within office operation hours.
Pros: Office and maintenance staff are very polite and understanding. Apartment floors are spacious and beautifully designed.

Thank you for your feedback regarding Fireside Park Apartments and giving us the opportunity to improve our service based on your comments.
I am not able to respond to your concerns regarding the Community gate and gym, as Fireside Park, has neither of these items.
We value your positive remarks concerning our Management team. We will continue to work very hard to make sure we are exceeding your expectations.

However, given the age of the units, there were no options available offering more space, despite having an extra bedroom. Because of the layout, every apartment felt very small. During my stay, I was paying $1100 for my unit, and felt the price was fair. However, the communal garbage area was always an embarassing mess and the utility bill was always astronomical
