Fireside Park Resident
Fireside Park is a great value. I have been living there for a little over 2 years and I have been very happy Read Morewith the property. I have also been very happy with the management and maintenance staff. I rank it good and not excellent because the apartment itself is not "luxurious." However, if you are looking for a convenient, inexpensive place to live in a lovely area, Fireside Park is great. I have recommended it to others moving into the area.

It's a pretty little community and everyone is fairly cordial. It's a convenient location and it's righ next t Read Moreo a park. The apartment was bright and cosy...I liked the fireplace. However, the heating/cooling units are old and often break down. The maintenance came quickly, but often needed parts. The upstairs neighbors could be heard quite clearly and they complained about our music once...it wasn't unusually loud. Management varied: often very professional and community oriented sometimes rigid

Cons: Community gates have not been operating for years, and all people from the bad neighborhood across the s Read Moretreet have access to the entire community and its amenities. Apartments are equipped with old appliances and could use upgrading. Gym is only accessible within office operation hours.
Pros: Office and maintenance staff are very polite and understanding. Apartment floors are spacious and beautifully designed.
If future residents are NOT pet lovers, they shouldn't consider this community

Thank you for your feedback regarding Fireside Park Apartments and giving us the opportunity to improve our service based on your comments.
I am not able to respond to your concerns regarding the Community gate and gym, as Fireside Park, has neither of these items.
We value your positive remarks concerning our Management team. We will continue to work very hard to make sure we are exceeding your expectations.

The reason fir the average rating is because for the 2 years I was there I had many problems with molding and Read Moreother maintenance issues that were not taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff was pleasant and helpful which made it easy to communicate and live there.
