The price was good but the apartment has a lot of issues that I did not account for. First aluminum windows wh Read Moreich are not good in cold weather. Second insulation in the walls settled and it takes a lot of money to keep the apartment comfortable. The walls between the apartments are very thin. Because the windows are aluminum they are also not good when people are outside talking. The apartment needed a lot of repairs when I moved in.

Parking is ridiculous and I'm pretty sure there is some overcrowding in some apartments
