They were incredibly rude to me on move-in and the amenities are rarely open. The courtyard was open when we s Read Moreigned our lease and the day we moved in it was closed. We were told that it would take three months at most to be finished. Well here we are, nine months later and it's not looking like it will be open before I move out. The coffee bar was advertised as 24/7 when it is not.
They lost my rent check TWICE in the same month and were rude when I repeatedly tried to figure out the issue.

My opinion on the new concierge staff is lackluster. They have on multiple occasions mislabeled our packages, Read More causing confusion upon pick up, and oftentimes seem annoyed or standoffish when signing a package in. I'm not sure of the reason why the staff has changed, however since the new staff has been brought onboard, I have notified a definite reduction of competency.

We moved in June 2013. We were told construction would be completed in November. We understand how constructio Read Moren projects never meet deadlines but it's April now and we've literally lived on a construction site for the duration of our lease. The trash chute has been "out of order" and clogged for weeks at a time. The washing machines and dryers, on our floor, have worked for - at most - two weeks since we've lived here. They've currently been out of order for at least several months now.

Ever since the building changed management, it has been one annoyance after another. Management is apparently Read More unable to communicate with residents via email. They slip notices under the door or on top of your car, which means that if you are out of town you don't get important information on time. The package system is almost always out of order.

Roach infestation is completely unacceptable - we have had to remove all of our belongings from our kitchens a Read Morend bathrooms TWICE in the last year (which is a lot of work when I travel a great deal and am only home for a day or two at a time) and still the roaches are TERRIBLE. Further, the courtyard had been under construction for well over a year with little progress. Fitness center flood issue not dealt with quickly enough - to go well over a month or more without cardio equipment - terrible
