It's understandable that pets have accidents in the elevator but, I feel all owners are not taking care of the Read Morese matters. Several times I have entered the elevators and the area in the garage that were not taken care of. Also, I'm not home 85% of the time and I received a call, in class that someone in my apartment was banging on the floor and a pet complaint. I live alone and I told management it was not me and that I was not at home also, I told management that I have NO pet. Often times when I return home there is a noise occurring above me, which can be heard in the hallway before I enter my apartment. I've not complained because I hear it only for a few seconds when I return. It appears to be weights being dropped or maybe a child dropping pans.

The front desk staff is wonderful - truly fantastic. One complaint that has been shared with the office staff Read Morerepeatedly is the parking garage. People who are not handicapped park in handicap spots and there are several dumped cars that have been there for over a year without action being taken, despite multiple complaints to office manager. As someone who pays for parking, it is frustrating to have this complaint ignored.
