It would've been excellent, but some of the noise issues I had were not being addressed as well as I would've Read Morelike them to. Also, it feels like with incoming changes to things like paying an electricity bill that I'm being nickled and dimed. Especially considering how high the rent is.

rent at BE is high, non disclosure of HVAC which requires the bldg management to make switch-AC/heat. The tem Read Morep during April 2013 was incredibly hot for several weeks leaving internal evening temps in the 80s/90s with windows open at night. Pool is also now closed due to 2014 construction. High incidence of water/HVAC issues leaving no water or no HVAC in BE. - upside is the large size of apts and location -walk score

I always felt safe at The Blairs and they were very responsive to maintenance requests and other issues. I did Read More not give it an "excellent" rating because the frequent improvements they were making to the property were often disruptive.
