The response time varies with maintenance request which is understandable due to there only being two maintena Read Morence persons. Having someone make contact and give timelines on service issues would be helpful. Only in cases where the request will not be handled in a 24 to 48 hr period.

Maintenance services needs to be carried out in a more timely manner. Too often are trouble tickets overlooked Read More as something simple and are put off because the staff thinks there is bigger and worse problems. However, this supposed small thing is causing a big inconvenience for the resident.
