Great place to live if you're looking for an affordable place to get your money's worth. Utilities are already Read More rolled into rent. The garden apartments are generally quiet and people keep to themselves as there are only 6 apartments per unit. Maintenance requests are generally quickly resolved and they keep the grounds looking nice. You WILL have to get used to squeaky pipes, paper thin walls and the general wear and tear of an older complex. Amenities are lackluster, but parking is free.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are clean and nice. My only complaint is that the o Read Moreffice hours for the leasing office are inconvenient: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, which is exactly during work hours so it's difficult to get there and also difficult to find time to get into the office on their limited weekend hours if I need to turn in my rent check, for example. These are also the same hours for maintenance, which isn't ideal. They do respond very quickly, however.

I have been living at Winexburg Manor more than one year. I really enjoy my stay there with my family. The apa Read Morertment is quite spacious as always noticed by any of my friends who visited me the first time. The neighborhood is nice and overall secure.There is always parking available even you come back home at a late time. Maintenance personnel mostly react on time to solve issues. Glenmont Metro Station is nearby, which really helps my wife who is working at DC.

It is quiet, affordable and convenient to Metro. Elevators are broken a lot and there are no automatic doors Read Morein front.

I recommended my sister to Winexburg Manor last year and she was has been there for one year. The staff stated Read More that when I recommend someone to the apartment building and they are able to move in there will be a 200 credit to my rent. My sister has been in Winexburg Manor for over a year and still have not received my 200 credit to my rent.
