There are two issues that I am dissatisfied about: 1) They did not update my rent payment correctly and sent Read Moreme an eviction notice when my rent was paid. Though I sent them a written complaint I never received a written apology. 2) The management office has refused to replace or shampoo my very old and worn out carpet. When I moved in, there was an old carpet and I have been living in the apartment for three years.
