Our lease terms are: 6 Months,7 Months,9 Months,12 Months,13 Months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Dog Policy: 100.00 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $35.00 pet rent, $250 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Non-Refundable $250 pet fee per apartment. Pet rent is $35 for one pet, and $65 for two pets. Cat Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $35.00 pet rent, $250 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Domesticated cats only.
