Leasing Terms

Our lease terms are: 6 months, 9 months, 12 months (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details).
Pet Policy: $25 pet rent. $250 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Maximum of 1 cat or 1 dog with the exception of the following breeds: Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, American Staffordshire, Shar-Pei, Bull Terriers or any aggressive breed. Maximum weight is 20 lbs. at maturity. A signed pet addendum is required at the time of move-in. A $250 refundable pet deposit, per pet, is required at the time of move-in, along with a $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

There seems to be quite a bit of turn over with Staff at the complex, and a lot of it has not been good. You n Read Moreeed people in place that are qualified and want to assist residents and not give off the impression to paying residents that they are doing you a favor for doing their jobs.

I think Yolanda is a great manager. She is courteous and does the best she can do. The apartment complex need Read Moreto stop doing the apartment make overs that spray the tubs because the coating comes off and the stains in the tubs return.

Overall, the property isn't bad. I live here because its close to work. I would like to keep my rent the same Read Morebut that's not going to happen but after this 2nd year rent increase I will probably move because thats about the same amount of rent other properties are and I get more bang for my buck...also letting the fitness center be 24 hours or open earlier...and add more lights in the parking lot

I feel like the management. at the woods of marlton should be a lil more strict on who they approve to Live th Read Moreere this use to be a beautiful place to live but now its not kept up
