Certified Resident

Please fix the lock and code box on our front enterance door of the 3628 A side of our building. It has been o Read Morever a year since this has been and nothing has been done. I have told the office staff about it several times. Thanks so much.

The grounds staff works very hard at keeping the areas around the community clean.My concern, is with the qual Read Moreity level of perspective tenants. From what I've seen, there's no since of community with them and I assume it's an age related problem. More times than I can count that I've seen eviction notices on tenants doors. Is the rent that unaffordable???? I think not, however I do think the urge to keep units filled conflicts with caliber of the tenants.... That being said, the management doesn't know that the tenant is a the best fit until its time to evict them. It appears that the age of the tenants are getting younger by the year and again, there's no Pride of community amoung them. The complex it self has grown with the amount of ammenties that they offer from when I moved out in 3 yrs ago. I'm proud of that. This complex is comparable to that in other counties. However because of the way other tenants treat the complex is why I'm considering not renewing my lease.
