Do have a voice-mail that says they will get back to you within 24 hours and don't. That ensuring a promising Read Morefor the resident and if you can not commit to that then don't say it

there are so many times i make a repair request and the maintence crew will put complete on the ticket and the Read More office staff doesn't do a check and balance if they did they would know the work wasn't done and not imply that the tenant is not telling the truth. i still have numerous repairs that were never done/i have lived here since 2001 i seriously need my apartment painted,new carpet and other repairs. what's a tenant to do?

Certified Resident

I have been living here for three years and the yearly rent increases are pushing me out. I love the community Read More but my increase this year is going to 146.00 more with no renovations. This will be my fourth increase and no increase in wages to keep up.

office staff can certainly improve. The couch and waiting area in the front along with the coffee machine shou Read Moreld be brought back. There was a promise of a exercise room/gym, which never came in two years after Morgan took over.
