Administrative and maintenance staff are very pleasant. Obvious hard work going into the apartment complex wit Read Moreh new projects all the time. Great pet rec area. Negatives: no net at the tennis court. Tire marks/ditches in courtyard. It would be nice to have an online maintenance request form or something more organized where we can track appointments/progress. A few times I have been told repairs will be done and then they are forgotten about. Happy to see the lack of hot water will be addressed.

I feel that The Claremont is more concerned with renovating apartments over treating current residents properl Read Morey. There is no clear cut way to get in immediate contact with anyone. You have to call outside the building as opposed to talking to anyone that may be here. The snow removal this year was an absolute embarrassment compared to previous years. There is no clear cut maintenance option like before. I feel like there is hardly anyone here of any real authority at all.

We also posted numbers to call or text for leasing issues as well as any other tenant-related issues. We did our best on the snow removal and had the provider come multiple times. There was a five hour interval between times that he came, which is not abnormal for a storm of that size. We are committed to your satisfaction as a tenant and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Plowing and shoveling have been a disgrace. Getting in touch with someone or finding someone in the office has Read Moren't been as easy as it used to be.
