Creepy/weird situations I can't get onto cause not allowed to name people. Will try anything to get your secur Read Moreity deposit and if you don't resign your lease its like youre a lame duck tenant , if they know you are not going to be paying them anymore they don't even bother with a polite hello and don't bother trying to get a lightbulb

Nobody told me that at 2am Mondays thru Fridays that freight trains would be parking on the hill right next to Read More the building and they had a tendency to wake me up weeknights at random, sometimes twice each night. I stayed my full year to satisfy my lease obligations then moved out.

There was a leak that flooded half of the master bedroom. It took weeks to get it fixed. The answer in the pro Read Moreperty managers mind was lend me a heater to dry out the carpet. After I complained she offered to have the carpet cleaned, I agreed. A few months later when I informed her I was moving, in writing, I was informed that agreeing to the carpet cleaning extended my lease. The trains at 5am are terrible. Bad experience overall.

Bug problem, terrible window insulation, lying management, terrible parking, horrible noise, management unwill Read Moreing to do anything about most if not all complaints.

Then tried to nickel and dime when we moved out.
