The power circuit powering the microwave needs an electrician to fix the lack of heating of the microwave prob Read Morelem. Microwave no longer heats. Circuit breaker cuts off the power to disallow the heating to prevent overloaded power circuit and potential fire in the building. Management to maintenance often needs to be reminded about things that need to be fixed in the apartment before it actually gets done. The last apartment I was in fixed things right away.

We have maintenance and management staff on site 5 days a week to help with any problems you are experiencing in your apartment so please feel free to reach out to us at any time.
They have no 24 hour on call answering service. When calling foran emergency all you get is voice mail. For in Read Morestance we had a gas leak over 4th of july weekend and had no hot water for three days. The plumbers they have came to fix my base board they burnt the carpet with a torch they should have used outside. I will have no contractors in my apartment without me being there. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. They think more about future tenants than actual tenants. The office staff is hr

I am not sure whether you are a current resident but I wanted to respond. We have 24-hour maintenance on call for emergencies. If you call office number it will ask you to use prompt 3 and this will allow you to get in touch with the maintenance technician on call. We have done many renovations to the property in the past few years Please do not hesitate to reach out to the office if you are a current resident and want to voice any concerns.
