The building could have great potential but my personal experience was terrible. Just as I was moving they fi Read Morenally found a decent property manager who seemed to have the place starting to go in the semi right direction. But it is run down and is like living in the projects. Lots of problems and winter was a nightmare for parking. I wouldn't move back if paid me to.

It is not as nice as if was when I moved in. The carpets and pool area are not kept clean. The elevate seems t Read Moreo stop working every 2 months. The main maintenance person has a horrible complaining attitude. However, the rest of the staff are friendly Nd helpful. If there is a problem, it is addressed quickly. The building could be more updated and they could do better cleaning the first floor entrance.

Although I only lived in Oxford court and broke my lease for personal reasons after 4 months the room continuo Read Moreusly leaked in the apt and as a solution they came and put barrels inside our apt. There were water pockets in the ceiling and all they did was pop them...there could be mold growing inside there. The hallways of building were unkept. Rugs were always stained And puke stayed on rug In hallway on first floor for about a week. Hot tub never worked.
