Comfortable, quiet, responsive when maintenance was required. My only complaint is that when I moved in 4 year Read Mores ago the rent for a 1 bdrm was 975.00. It has gone up 10% every year and the current lease is 1400.00. I suppose it will keep going up until their fill rate drops significantly. Because of the rent issue, I would not recommend the property.
