Certified Resident

Great building, it is a historical piece of art with beautiful brick construction. My unit had high ceilings a Read Morend lots of space. It was clean and in good shape. Unfortunately shortly after I moved in 2009, apartment management changed and the new company started increasing the rents drastically. Very friendly office staff has been laid off and had been replaced with very rude office staff from the new property management company. From then on, my experience went downhill.
