Well maintained and comfortable buildings. Great staff. Nice amenities (pool, tennis courts). Surprising ex Read Moretras - like plots of land for residents to grow vegetables, group events (show tickets, day trips). Very reasonably priced for what you get.

Management is very responsive to issues. The complex is very well maintained. Everyone I have met is very frie Read Morendly. Lots of social interaction.

The management is very professional and quick to address any issues that come up. The neighbors are very nice Read More and extremely quiet. The only drawback is the freight train that runs during the middle of the night even though you eventually get used to it.

I enjoy living at Hillcrest, it's very peaceful and comfortable. After the first year management went up $30 a Read More month, not sure why but I assume to keep up with the market prices and this may be the only small down fall.

Very good upkeep of property, responsive maintenance. However, they should stop telling people who are looking Read More at the place that the basements don't flood, when they flood a few inches every year (that is, they should make sure residents put stuff on pallets or in plastic in the basement storage units). Also, they need to police the grounds for litter more often, as well as collect trash more frequently, as dumpsters are not large enough.
